Toddlers and Tiaras...

or as close as we'll ever get.

Carolina has been taking dance class as the community center for the past five months. They had their annual dance recital last Saturday. It was pretty entertaining. I asked her to show me her dance and she would spin around a few times and say, "then I just look at the other girls." Apparently the other girls didn't know what they were doing either.

Carolina is the second from the left. What I love is the big gap between the girls. I also love how half of them aren't paying attention. I especially loved how Carolina's eyes were glued to her teacher (the entire time) who is standing off the stage doing the dance for them to follow along.

Not to be out done by big sister.

Grandma came to town.

And painted Lina's face,

and helped out with the kiddos (we even got a rare date night!),

and made Lina sad when she left.
